Dispatch Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery & Tracking All artwork is shipped within the UK using a tracked delivery service.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Packaging We take great care to package all artwork securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Damaged Items Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, including photographic evidence.
This allows us to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement or refund.

Returns
We really hope you love your artwork but if it is not right for your space or in the unfortunate event you need to return your items please see below.
To be eligible for a return, artwork must be:

Returned undamaged and in its original condition

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned artwork, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
